Ƹ̴Ӂ̴Ʒ.•°*”˜˜”*°•. Several years ago, I had a small incident at the facility I was employed at which caused my finger to be broken. There was some damage to the tissue, nerves and so on which made the appearance to be quite nasty and discolored as if possibly some of the tissue & nerves might be dying. As odd as it sounds, although there was some numbness, one of the symptoms the doctor looked for and found to be of hope for healing was even though I couldn't feel all sensations on my finger, I could feel pain in it when touched. The doctor explained to me, the nerves in my finger were angry from the trauma but still alive and wanting to heal up, therefore at the time some sense of feeling may have been numbed but the ability to feel pain was a sign of life existing in it.
As time passed, the pain lessened, as well as the numbness to other sensations. The point is, life happens, and along its course there are unexpected events - some good that bless our socks off, and unfortunately some that cause great pain and leave us temporarily in a broken state. Even though we'd all prefer only the good, the bad happens too and sometimes it's within the bad events that we learn best how to appreciate the blessings all the more. Did you know that once a broken bone has healed, the scarring within it acts as a reinforcement and it becomes stronger than it was to begin with?? Interesting eh? So then, don't forget to count your blessings daily and celebrate the good in life from the core of your heart of hearts. As for the bad events, allow them to impart the wisdom that each experience has hidden within it, then also allow it to strengthen you. A sign of life isn't only found in the laughter, sometimes it's within the pain. Sooo remember, as long as there's life,√v^√v^√♥ there's hope, even within the midst of the pain. This morning I heard the Lord say, “Repeat after Me; Not today devil! Today is the day of salvation and you are not permitted to steal it away. Turn around and go back to your pit of fear!”
As we know, every day we have breath is a gift of God, and being every day is a gift, then every day is also the day of our salvation to behold. 2 Corinthians 6:2 “God says, ’At the right time I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.’ Listen, now is God’s acceptable time! Now is the day of salvation!” Within the word salvation are the following meanings - deliverance, rescue, safety, welfare, prosperity, victory. Therefore, within this day - this very day you are in right now, God’s will for you is to receive the deliverance you need; to be rescued from whatever you might need to be rescued from; to be safe; to be in a state of doing well in all areas of your life; to be successful and thrive; and to be an over-comer and achieve success against whatever odds you might be facing. In fact, this is His will for each one of us every single day of life. When? Now! “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 This is truth and the Lord’s heart for us. Anything other than that is a lie from the enemy to cause confusion and hopelessness and to discredit the promises of God. The word says, “Keep your mind clear, and be alert. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion as he looks for someone to devour.” 1 Peter 5:8 “So, place yourselves under God’s authority. Resist the devil, and he will run away from you.” James 4:7 According to the two above verses, our enemy is on the prowl to see who will fall prey to his attacks of the mind. Whether it be doubt, confusion, fear, critical thoughts, or that of sin. But the Lord has the solution already mapped out for us. That is; Give ourselves entirely over to the Lord – our thoughts as well as our actions, and resist the devil by simply saying “No! Now GO!” Our enemy is cunning but he has no more power over us or in our lives than what we allow him to have. Yes, there are times when we become deceived and maybe he gets a foothold and gains control into our lives, but the truth of the matter is, even if for a time we’ve given him that entry, we always have the right and authority to take the control and access back from the enemy and hand it over to the Lord where everything we have rightfully belongs. It’s a matter of recognizing who we belong to and that we have the spiritual legal authority to take back and hold onto all ground we may have knowingly or unknowingly surrendered. By recognizing the Holy Spirit dwells within us, we understand taking back ground of our lives is one in the same as surrendering our lives unto the Lord’s authority. So, today, tomorrow or the next time you hear the footsteps of the enemy prowling and seeking to devour, make up your mind to not allow anything to be stolen even for a moment and declare, “Not today devil. Today is the day of my salvation and you are not permitted to steal it away. Turn around and go back to your pit of fear!” In Jesus’ Name, Taffie Beisecker When I was a teenager/young adult I would have never imagined that we as a society would be facing some of the controversial issues we now do daily. The fact of the matter is, this is where we are and turning a blind eye to all of it, solves nothing. Neither does addressing it incorrectly.
We all have been hearing much discussion, debate and even arguments regarding the recent Kathy Griffin photo shoot. I, in no way disagree that it was a horrid imagery to release into the public eye. Whether the image be that of the President or any other person, it is still a matter of horrific moral display. I agree with that conclusion. With that being said, let me state what I don’t agree with. I do not agree with the type of backlash – we the people of God – are putting out there and targeting Kathy Griffin with. I’m seeing a steady flow of name calling, less than beneficial criticism, condemnation and a repeated recalling of her “sin” being spewed out over her. First of all, let me state; accountability and condemnation are not the same. Accountability takes place when someone takes a responsibility of recognition for their personal actions. Condemnation is a forced weight of guilt and shame laid upon someone else for the purpose of punishing them for an action they took part in. Accountability – “an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions” [Source: Merriam-Webster] Condemnation – “Condemnation comes from the verb condemn, "to strongly disapprove." You might criticize something that you still think is worthwhile, but if you express condemnation, that’s laying a heavy moral blame. Condemnation is used in law, and means the same thing as sentencing; you might have heard a judge say “I condemn you to ten years of hard labor.” Also, a very dangerous building will be sealed up and deemed uninhabitable by an act of condemnation.” [Source: Vocabulary.com Dictionary] Condemnation - “a statement or expression of very strong and definite criticism or disapproval” [Source: Merriam-Webster] Accountability takes place naturally when the heart softens and receives a personal conviction within. More often than not, when a person feels the conviction of wrong-doing within their heart, a positive change is the result. Condemnation promotes shame and although may enforce an outward response of change, it does not produce an effectual and lasting change within the heart. My question would now be; as Believers in Christ Jesus and His love and grace, what is or should be our goal within every given situation as well as for every person? Stoning? Control? Salvation? Redemption? Liberty? Healing? Bondage? Life? Death? As people who are representing Jesus and His love and covenant, I know which of those above choices should be the correct picks. That leads me to another question. Are our words, responses, and actions correctly depicting who Jesus is and the message He and the Cross carries? May I suggest, as Believers in Jesus, that we begin to fight these battles in the effective and powerful manner we were given to go to battle with by the Holy Spirit? Let’s lay down the stones and take up prayer and life producing declarations! What if we decided to become unified as one Body? The Body of Christ – and as one, set our hearts and minds to stop speaking words that condemn Kathy Griffin but rather have mercy on her, and in that mercy - the same mercy that we’ve been given time and time again – we begin to sincerely pray for her salvation and the renewal of her mind and heart in Christ. What if we declare that God perfectly knit her together and has a plan for her and pray that she steps into the perfect plan of God for her life? What if we pray blessings and the will of God over her? How much more powerful would that be for; the sake of our President; the sake of Kathy Griffin; the sake of all who she may be influencing – not to mention, for the sake of our testimony of Jesus Christ?! It’s a win-win situation. The Word tells me it’s God’s desire for no one to perish. That means our President as well as Kathy Griffin. “The Lord isn’t slow to do what he promised, as some people think. Rather, he is patient for your sake. He doesn’t want to destroy anyone but wants all people to have an opportunity to turn to him and change the way they think and act.” 2 Peter 3:9 We did not earn our salvation, it’s a free gift, therefore neither can we expect those who are still of the world to earn their salvation. As freely as it was given to us, we are to freely give to those around us. The truth is, the moment prior to us being transformed in Christ through the gift of salvation, we were filthy sinners deserving nothing more than condemnation. The beauty of grace through the Cross is that Jesus did not come so that we would receive what we deserve. In fact, it’s just the opposite. He came to deliver us from what we deserve! “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only Son so that anyone who believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. God did not send his Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it.” John 3:16-17 “Then he said, “Go into the world. Go everywhere and announce the Message of God’s good news to one and all.” Mark 16:15. We frequently use this scripture to confirm mission trips and being sent into other nations. I believe whole-heartedly it does give instruction for us to leave the comforts of our homeland and as the Spirit leads, go into foreign lands to deliver His message. I also believe it’s more than that. I believe it also can mean, the world around us, right where we’re living. The Word tells us we’re no longer ‘of’ the world but it’s not the Lord’s desire that we be taken ‘out’ of the world. If we remove ourselves from the world then who will give the message of the gospel to the world? Who will be the light that shines into the darkness if we refuse to walk where it’s dark? Keeping our eyes and hearts affixed on Jesus allows us to move about within the world and yet not be filled by its influences. Being the light in the world means we must not battle the issues of the world by worldly ways. We are to be set apart and fight the good fight with the higher ways. Love. Prayer. Words that create life and peace. I hear the voice of the Holy Spirit saying, “I challenge you to become a mighty of people of prayer who pray in one accord for the return of My children who have strayed into the world, but whom I have created to be a powerful impact on the world with My message of hope and truth through the gifts and talents I have placed within them. They have a powerful message of deliverance hiding inside of them but they became ensnared by the fantasy of what the world could offer being greater and more fulfilling than what My peace gives. They have strayed and become entangled but through your unity in prayers of agreement and love they can be brought back home to continue in their industry powerfully for Me.” When the Lord is speaking this into my hearing there are two performers I clearly see in my mind’s eye. The first being, Katy Perry (Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson) and the second is Lady Gaga (Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta). These two women have been given amazing talent by the Lord Himself. They may not have made decisions along the path of their life that is reflecting this talent being used for God’s glory, but nevertheless the talent within them is still as much as from the Lord as what is the greatest worship singer. When we are created from the very beginning of life, we are given gifts and talents from the Lord. Just as He knitted every portion of our physical being together, He knitted within us those talents and gifts as well. He does not force us to use our talents for Him, therefore some stray onto a path that is not of His will. The promises of the world can become very enticing if we are not strong in our walk and steadfast in discernment of truth. When the world’s lure snags us, we then fall prey to its deception and can quickly become under its bondage as well. Just as the Lord has challenged us to unite for these two women, (as well as whoever else He may lay on your heart) let’s remember they have become victims to the seductions of a very real enemy who practices in deception. Instead of condemning and snubbing our noses to them, let’s purpose to get on our knees on their behalf and pray fervently for their return to their Creator, who loves them as much as He does anyone of us. His desire first and foremost is for their salvation. Secondly, these people have a call of God on their lives to be a powerful voice of influence for the Kingdom. As the Lord has spoken to me to deliver this message, I therefore challenge you to come into agreement through prayer and declaration for the return of these ladies into the Kingdom of God and for them to return to their purpose and destinies in Him. When we unite as one Body, in one accord with the Holy Spirit, together we can accomplish the miraculous. Please, let’s lay down the stones – pick up the prayer shields, unite as ONE BODY, and watch what can be accomplished when we move together in His love & Spirit as He has called us to do. If you accept this challenge please pass this on to those who are in your sphere of influence and let us become one body of Christ moving in agreement – going into the ALL world with the good news. Blessings! I am accustomed to being home alone occasionally, as my husband sometimes travels for a week or two at a time for his job. I’m never afraid or bothered in being alone during these times. By personality trait I’m a bit of a loner to some degree, so my time alone isn’t heavy, and is normally spent in fellowship with the Lord. I enjoy socializing but I also very much enjoy private time. With having that foundation laid down, I’ll share with you my unusual experience from last week, while my husband was once again out of the state. In the morning, I awoke to a slight uneasy feeling. I couldn’t place what it was about, although I didn’t sense that it had anything to do with something bad happening with family members or loved ones. As the day went on, I could not shake this uneasiness and, in fact, it continued to grow stronger. By the evening, it had become so strong it was no longer merely an uneasiness, but fear was setting in. This is an unusual occurrence for me. Typically, by nature, I’m logical and calm in the face of situations other people might find themselves fearful in. I had become so unsettled by nightfall, I decided to carry my ‘element of protection’, of the natural sense, along with me as I moved about my house. Shortly after I grabbed it, my outside dog, began to bark furiously as if very angry about something. This is something I had not heard him do before. He’s a very mild mannered animal that loves everyone, so this was an unusual sound coming from him. I’ve heard him bark to alert of someone being on the property or another animal passing through, but not with this same anger he was displaying. Then, while he was fiercely barking, it was as if something hit the side of the house in which I was in, at that time. There was a very loud ‘thud’ against the outside of the house. I couldn’t imagine what it could have been, as it wasn’t even on the same side my dog was at, barking furiously. I began to hear noises here and there as if movement was taking place, but nothing that I could pin point of what it clearly was. As a person who does not normally become afraid in this type of situation, fear was now gripping me. The sounds I was hearing were very much in the natural and the only thing I could think of was, I was alone and someone was breaking into the house. I went through the house and checked all the doors to make sure all was secure, and they were. After some time passed, I then went into my bedroom, as it was getting to be late, making sure my bedroom door was locked, as well. After I was in there for a bit, all seemed quiet and I was finding peace once again. Just as I was about to call it a night, the doorknob to my bedroom rattled as if someone was on the other side of the door, trying to get in. I literally froze up with fear. I cannot recall having so much fear overcome me, probably since childhood. I was frozen, I felt as if I couldn’t move. I sat there, listening, praying for protection, and not moving for probably the better of ten minutes. Finally, I decided I could hear no movement whatsoever, anywhere in the house so it was time to face my fear. If someone was in the house, they were in there whether I was afraid or not and it was time to be brave and do whatever might come next. So, I unlocked the door and walked out. I walked through the entire main floor and nothing was any different than what it was before I had gone to my bedroom. Doors were still locked, nothing moved out of place. All well peaceful throughout the house. I must tell you, this made no sense to me, because I heard everything as clear as a bell, in the natural. My dog was even upset about something he had obviously witnessed. The next morning, my son walked around the outside of the house for me, and he found nothing had been disturbed whatsoever. The loud thud against the side of the house; I had no explanation for. It was quite confusing to say the least. I no longer felt that sense of uneasiness, it was gone completely, and all was back to normal. A couple of days later, as I was driving home from the store, out of the blue, giving the fearful situation no thought at that moment, the Lord spoke to me; “the experience you had the other night was the releasing of the spirit of terrorism.” Oh wow, that made sense. Terror! Yes, that’s what I felt. The day of the terror attack, so to speak, all day I had a sense of foreboding that grew stronger and stronger, until the actual ‘terror’ overcame me with fear, rendering me as if chained and frozen. In my mind, since I could hear everything happening in the natural, it seemed as if an attack in the natural was the reality. Had I known it was spiritual, I would not have found myself so frightened but knowing how to alleviate it quickly. On the contrary, this so-called attack, which wasn’t really that at all, was deceptively posing as if was - of the natural sense. Isn’t that what has been taking place within our country? What we hear and see taking place, appears to be attacks in the natural, but in reality they are attacks coming from the spiritual realm. “For God, did not give us a spirit of fear. He gave us a spirit of power and of love and of a good mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7 (New Life Version) You see, fear is from the enemy. Partaking in it in any form, succumbs us to the enemy’s divisive plans and paralyzes our faith, and all that we have been equipped with. It causes us to function from a false mindset, and obviously removes all ability to be powerful in the effectiveness of faith. We cannot operate in fear and in faith simultaneously. When we come into agreement with fear, it cripples our mind so it’s no longer functioning in a complete soundness, and it consequently causes us to respond to situations in a manner we otherwise would never think, or want to do. Why? Fear distorts reality, therefore, when we operate in fear, we buy into the lies of the enemy for us, rather than the unseen truth of God’s plan for us. Even though the enemy could launch a plan of attacking me with fear, it was only via sound effects and was not allowed to touch me in any way. I now have a discernment as to what the spirit of terrorism feels like when in the land, and what it’s tactics are. The rattling of the doorknob was just that, merely a rattling. It was a display in which, the Lord allowed to bring greater discernment and insight to me, and for the Body also. The enemy rattled the doorknob, but could not gain entrance. I was protected by the unseen God (in the natural) and the angelic hosts gathered about me that I was unaware of. There has recently been an assignment upon this land from the enemy. The assignment has come through the spirit of terrorism being unleashed throughout our land. There is a GOOD plan of God for this country, and for the Body. The enemy is very much trying, in a desperate attempt to avert our attention from the promises, desiring us to focus on what we’re seeing, and especially what we’re HEARING in the natural. If he can dislodge our faith and cause us to respond in fear, then the battle is on and we’ve become at a disadvantage. But! If we keep our eyes on the Lord and stand in peace, we are not shaken, rather, the enemy is shaking in the presence of the strength of our faith. When the feeling of foreboding comes knocking at your door and wiggling the doorknob, don’t succumb to it, turn away from it, giving it no place to manifest Its deception. We may be allowed to discern the enemy’s presence for reasons of intercession, but our responsibility is to pray in faith then, know God has heard our prayers and therefore answers our prayers. Then rest, in Him. Until this recent experience, there was a similar experience I had years ago, but not thought about in quite a while. This current encounter reminded me of it once again. While on a ministry trip, I had been staying in my host family’s RV which was located at their residence in a secluded location along the foothills. On that ministry trip, I had taken my children along with me, as it was a bit of an extended time away from home. After my children were all asleep one night, and I had just laid down in bed, I heard the wind suddenly pick up. It sounded as if it were swirling around the RV, and my thought was, there’s a storm brewing. Then I heard what sounded as if something hit against the outside of the RV. I was puzzled as to what I might have been hearing. Violent storm maybe? Although, I saw no other signs of a storm, only the sound of swirling wind. The banging began to encircle the RV as if people were outside hitting it with their fists, possibly. The noise of it moved along as if they were walking in a circle while knocking on the sides of it. I got up and went to the window to look outside, but could see no one. I stood at the door, with the mindset that if they were coming in, they’d have to go through me before they’d get to my children. The banging moved and stopped right at the door, and whoever it was, began to rattle the door handle. The door had a window, so I decided to pull back the curtain to get a look at who it was behind this ordeal. I pulled it back, and saw nothing. No one. As I walked all around the perimeter of the RV, looking out the windows, I saw no one, or any type of reason behind the banging noises. I sat down, very confused and began to ask the Lord to show me what was taking place. He then told me, “There are witches in the land, angry that you are here prophesying My promises into the land. They have sent an attack against you.” I took authority over the situation, gave it to God, then went back to bed and slept peacefully. I had not mentioned this incident to anyone yet, when one of my intercessors called me a few days later. She asked me what had taken place on ‘such and such’ night. I inquired as to why she was asking, and she informed me, the Lord woke her up in the middle of the night, told her to rally some more intercessors to pray for me because there had been thirteen demons sent on assignment against me. Thank God for obedient intercessors that listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit. I continued my time of ministry there and continued to prophesy into the land as the Lord led me to do. Intercession is powerfully effective! My friend and the other intercessors who were praying for me that night, did not immediately see the effects of their prayers. In fact, had she not called to ask me, they would have never known what had taken place nor how powerful their intercession truly was. Don’t allow discouragement to set in because you’re not immediately seeing the results of intercession. There is much activity taking place within the spiritual realm and the hosts of Heaven that cannot be immediately discerned with the natural perception. Preparation takes place within the unseen realm, to manifest what is to be the product of intercession, into the natural realm of perception. Much like, we do not (without modern tools of technology) see the unborn baby developing. There may be signs here and there of its growth, but we cannot see it with our natural eyesight, until the day of its birth. So, it is also, with that which our intercession is forming. We may see signs here and there of the development, but the actual manifestation is not until the day of its assigned birth. The enemy has launched a powerful attack with the spirit of terrorism. There is no cause to be afraid, but it does give us a responsibility to not sit back idly and watch it play its course. We’re to intercede on the behalf of our President and his family, on the behalf of our country, (even for those who seem to have succumbed to this spirit and are acting out per its influence), and finally, for the Church. I have been discovering, many, if not most of the words I prophesied in 2007, are for this present time. Especially the words that have a political orientation. Little by little, as I have been prompted to do so by the Holy Spirit, I have been posting those words on my website. There was this one specific word I came across several weeks ago, but felt it was out of timing to post. I picked it up a few times thereafter but could not find the witness of its timing, until after the encounter I had with the spirit of terrorism. While I was dozing off in bed a couple of nights afterward, I heard the Lord clearly say, ‘now, it’s time for the word about witchcraft’. Keep in mind, terrorism is all about, using extreme fear for coercion, which is manipulation - and we know manipulation is witchcraft. This word was originally prophesied on August, 4th, 2007; (it is a ‘now’ word) “The Lord is speaking to me; There has been a release of witchcraft from the enemy to bring a sense of foreboding to My people. There is subtlety in this assault in an attempt to be undetected. The plan of attack is to bring a feeling of lost promises to My people, that you may lose sight of where I have you headed. I speak My truth to you, that you may be free from the entrapment of the foreboding lies of the evil one. Do not take your eyes off the promises from Me and let them remain alive within your heart. The time of reward of promises fulfilled is at hand. The silence that you are encountering is not loss, but the final touches in the process of preparation. Quiet your heart and be still and know that I am God. Do not turn in another direction as your enemy has planned for you to do. Stay on the course that I have set you on, you are heading in the right direction as you will soon see.” Recently the Lord gave me a dream about a 'surprise wedding' that was mainly in regards to returning to our First Love in a full commitment. Ten years ago, the Lord gave me a similar dream. As I was putting together the most recent dream, I could not shake the nudging of Him wanting me to combine the recent one with the former. In my logical thinking I would assume this recent dream would replace the former and be the conclusion. That was not His plan and He knows better than I. We're all quite glad about that! When I first began to delve into the two different dreams, I related them as being the one in the same message. Although similar, they are not addressing the same message exactly, as you will see. The most recent dream addresses those who have strayed away in some degree, and those who have been enticed by the pleasures and excitement the world/flesh seduces with. With the dreams being given to me ten years apart from one another, I felt urged to search out the meaning of the number, ten. In the Hebrew context, the number ten (Yod) is a number representing - shelemut. The Hebrew meaning of shelemut is; completion or, order. The Lord's heart's desire is for us to walk in completion and order. With that being said, within the contents and layers of these two dreams is direction; direction from the Lord leading us to a divine completion and order in Him. The Dream from 2007: I was a young woman, within the age range of early to mid-twenties. I was involved in a relationship with a young man, who had proposed marriage to me. Although we had not officially set a wedding date yet, there seemed to be a peace and a trust in the solidity of the relationship. This young man was muscular and very handsome, and he was also genuinely good and trustworthy. He was fun, interesting, and someone who walked in integrity. Someone that you could always count on to follow through with his word. I felt very passionate about him in my heart. As I thought about our future together, I knew that he would provide a nice home and all of my needs would be provided for. I could see that we would have an enjoyable life. We would have more than just our basic needs met, but also not lavishly pursuing material abundance, because the joy we would have together would come more from enjoying life itself. Although I was in a strong relationship with this young man, I'm not sure how it came about, but I began to take up company with "another" young man. It was more of a "social relationship." Whenever we were together, we were never alone; we were always in public places. This man would be considered to be a "nice" person, yet his character didn't seem to quite match the other young man's, in-depth character. He could be described as an average-looking person. There was nothing in his personality nor his appearance that would cause him to stand out above the rest, unlike the other young man. What did stand out though, was this man's "great wealth." His family owned their own business, which was quite prosperous and thriving. He was very generous with his money and when buying things, he spared no expense. Often, after being in his company, I would later find out that he placed a bundle of money inside of my pocket, without my knowledge of him doing so.This man also proposed to me. After proposing, he took me to his home, showing all I would have access to if I were to marry him. His great wealth most definitely was showcased in his house. If it were not the finest of the finest, he did not want it in his house. He was very meticulous and wanted everything in its proper place, always in order, organized, and very predictable. The dream ended as I was telling his sister that I was faced with making "a choice." I realized that both men could not stay in my life and whichever one I chose, the other one would have to leave. I awoke knowing who it was that I truly loved. The young woman I represent in the dream is the "Church"--the betrothed Bride of Christ. The first young man that stood out above the crowd in his good looks as well as his character, represents the "Holy Spirit." He is everything that has real, true purpose, not what is superficial. In Him is depth, and strength and He is beautiful to behold. The second young man who had knowledge of the relationship between the young woman and the first man, still sought to entice the woman in becoming his bride. He offered her what could appeal to her flesh, but nothing that had lasting value. This man represents the "traditions of religion." Everything that was shown and offered was nothing of a true relationship, but only what makes you feel good for a time. The time spent together was only represented in public places because there was no place of intimacy, which is needed for a true relationship. Friends only become so dear to one another because they take the time for intimate conversation and time to get to know one another's hearts, likes and dislikes, hopes and what brings them joy, and so on. In this dream, the Lord is revealing to us, His Church, that we are at the crossroads of decision. This is a personal choice and decision that each of us will individually face. The intimate fellowship and passionate relationship with the person of the Holy Spirit can be best defined as a "sacred romance." Spending time in the Lord's presence on a daily basis, in His word, in worship, sharing your heart in conversation with Him, and listening to Him share His heart with you establishes true intimacy and friendship with Him. It's in this kind of walk with Him that you will find the liberty of the Spirit and know Him for truly who He is, and not who man's doctrine tells you He is. So what is the decision that we all must face? To resist or, to agree with the temptation to turn away from our "First Love," and fall back into the entrapment of the doctrine of religion? The danger of the snare of religion is, it's not always as easy to detect as one might think. Sometimes we step into it with the most well-meaning of intentions. Don't misunderstand me, I totally support the function that the local churches have for the Church. We are not to forsake the assembly of ourselves and I believe it to be very vital for the edification, fellowship and joint supply of the Body of Christ. On the other hand, it is very important to know the difference from what "the Lord" has called you to do, opposed to what "you or someone else" may have called you to do. It can be very easy to spend all of our time and energy attending or tending to the various types of programs and activities within our local church. In our busyness of "doing" all that we think is necessary, much of the time, before we realize what has happened, we have busied ourselves away from the first love relationship with our Savior - because He did not fit into our schedule of required duties. Just as in the dream, with the second man, there was social time spent. In that time, there was no depth or intimacy of relationship being established, so the time was only superficial. The reward in the relationship was only temporal, nothing he offered had any real eternal value. If you were to take away all of the material possessions that he had, there was nothing left which would make him stand out above the crowd. If you were to take away all of the material possessions from the first man, He still had everything that fueled the passion of the heart. How so? What made Him stand out from the rest came from within Him. He just is who He is, or from the perspective that He represents the Spirit of God, He is, "I AM." He is our all in all, within Him is everything that we could ever possibly need, want, hope for, or desire. A relationship with our Lord isn't simply knowing about Him, or even knowing His ways. It's not in fulfilling duties within our local church. It's not found in any of those things. What it is, is daily interaction with Him. It's a fiery passion that burns within your heart for Him, and it's also recognizing His presence within you. When getting to know Him personally, you will also desire to know His ways. If we become preoccupied with "duties" and leave out the relationship with the Lord during our time at church, or in our daily walk, we have nothing more than a religion, a program, or a daily routine which does not stand out in a crowd above the rest. "Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in Heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6:19-21 The Lord is "wooing and beckoning" His Bride--that's us! He desires that we stay intimately involved with Him; that we would not be drawn away and enticed by another, not even for a moment. Religion uses His name as if it's own, but the liberty of His Spirit is not found within the confines of it. It is a prettily wrapped box of rules and bondages that leaves you empty and exhausted from trying to fulfill it's quota, and yet it not truly fulfilling you. There's a sacred romance to be found with a genuine relationship that is available to all of us. It's more exciting and fulfilling than anything that this world's riches or doctrine of religion has to offer. As His Bride, let's be sure that we are turning toward and not turning from our First Love, which we will find in the intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit. Let's remember and apply this promise in James 4:8, "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you!" Recently the Lord spoke to me, "The prodigals will come home when they are no longer being enabled". In referencing the word, 'prodigal' as a noun, it can be defined as such; 1: one who spends or gives lavishly and foolishly; or, 2: one who has returned after an absence (Merriam-Webster). In using these definitions as guidelines, many in the body of Christ can therefore be considered as a type of prodigal in one way, or another, at some point within a lifetime. This could take in a prodigal as one not merely spending lavishly in terms of money and resources, but also to include the careless spending of time, talents and possibly even in the area of our callings (casting pearl before swine, perhaps). It also may include a parting, from our first love, the use of our gifts and talents, a calling, a physical household, or possibly a departure from specific convictions of lifestyle. Enable - (Merriam-Webster) : to make (someone or something) able to do or to be something : to make (something) possible, practical, or easy. God said 'the prodigals will come home when they are no longer being enabled'. Have we unknowingly been enablers? It's time that we do a thorough accountability check to evaluate whether we are, out of good intentions, potentially enabling the very ones we are praying for. It was by no coincidence, this word was spoken to me the day before an opportunity arose to be an enabler, within my own life, or maybe I should say, to continue to be an enabler. The Lord allowed me to see, the very action that I thought was being helpful and compassionate, was in reality, harmful because it was enabling someone to continue down a dead-end path, rather than becoming awakened to a better and more beneficial way for them. The growth they needed would require for them to go through a bit of growing pains, which is never easy to walk through nor is it easy to watch someone dear to you walking through it. Even so, the truth remains, sometimes growing pains are a necessary part of acquiring maturity and a healthy life. Also, I sense the nudging to not only check ourselves in how we might be enabling others, but to also take the responsibility upon ourselves and do a deep heart check of how we might be enabling ourselves to continue on a path that is not beneficial. What excuses have we been telling ourselves? What have we been blaming someone else for when we, in all honesty, need to bring the accountability back to ourselves? This is not a call to condemnation. Not at all! In fact, it's quite the opposite. It's a call from the Holy Spirit for us to step up to our full potential He has placed within us, as well as, making sure we are not being a hindrance to those around us from walking in their full potential. Our good intentions to help take care of others might sometimes prevent them from a much needed step of the learning process they are in need of, to go higher. There is no shame or condemnation in realizing we have been enabling someone else or, ourselves. This is a call to freedom and a call to reaching a higher altitude for vision and advancement in our lives. There are instances when our intervention can be as a stumbling block as opposed to the stepping stone our good intentions wanted it to be. A few days prior to this word, I had a dream in the night. I dreamed; a good friend of mine was involved in dating two different men at the same time. These two men were very different from one another in pretty much every aspect. One man was much more attractive to the natural eye, as well as having an outgoing personality that was full of energy and charisma. It seemed that whenever she was with him, it was a good time, filled with nothing but fun. Everything was about what seemed good to do in the moment, being recklessly carefree. Time spent with him was all about being a continual adventure and party. There really wasn't much of anything that had to do with getting to know one another on a personal level or anything of depth. Nor was he a man of commitment in any sort of way. The other man she was dating was slightly older, not such a heart throb in appearance or personality. He wasn't reckless in his spending, or in the way he carried out fun activities, nor was he someone who made decisions on a whim without thought of consequence. He was a man of integrity, stability, depth, security, true to his word, bearing a peaceful strength, genuine in his love and commitments. He was also a faithful provider who was also filled with wisdom, yet in no way a fuddy dud who didn't enjoy the positive adventures in life and fun. My friend was caught up in the circumstances of enjoying the dating relationships of both men. She was passionately drawn to the more reckless man due to a desire for the thrill of adventure that gave her an escape from the mundane, everyday life. She also deeply desired security and commitment, of which she knew he would never offer nor could provide because it was not within his core to do so. The other man, with the peaceful strength about him, deeply loved my friend and desired to marry her. Not going along with the usual traditions in asking for her hand in marriage, he instead, chose to do a surprise wedding for her. In the same way as one might arrange a surprise birthday party. He contacted her friends and family members to help strategically take her to the venue on the correct date and ensure she was dressed in the wedding dress he provided for her, at the correct time. We were also requested to be there to witness this event as those who loved her and desired her to be blessed. The day of the surprise wedding came and we were all there. Just as planned, my friend was there in her wedding dress. Without question, she wore the dress. The other man was there, positioned at the entrance as an usher. He directed the guests to their seats and the unknowing 'bride to be', down the aisle. She proceeded to walk down the aisle, still having no clue of the destiny awaiting her at the end. I watched with such joy as my friend so beautifully walked toward her groom. When she arrived at the alter, her groom greeted her by placing on her finger the symbol of his commitment to her. In the same moment as she said, "yes" to her groom, they also entered into an instantaneous marriage covenant. There was no lag time between the acceptance of his proposal and the covenant being established. As the dream was ending I could feel her heart was fulfilled with everything she longed for, but had not previously realized it would ALL be found within the relationship of this one man alone. This dream can be viewed as a sort of parable for insight into many people's experiences in the process of coming fully into a relationship with Jesus Christ. How often do we start out wanting a relationship with Him but unwilling to give up the seductions of the world? Therefore we find ourselves dating both - the world & the Lord, without a genuine commitment to either one. We are represented as the Bride. Jesus Christ is the Groom. The friends and family assisting the groom in the surprise wedding represent those who are praying diligently for their friends and relatives to enter into what the Lord has for them. Although, the prayers of these people may be in secret and not seeming to show much signs of fruit initially, their prayers are effectively powerful and, will prove to be in due season. My friend put the dress on without question because she was being adorned with what had been created for her from the time she was in her mother's womb. She had been created to wear this bridal gown and it had been created to become her covering, adorning her to identify as the Bride to Whom she belonged to. When we step into that which we have been created for and likewise was created for us, it becomes a part of our being. It is connected and woven into the very fiber of our identity and we find a greater sense of completion as who we truly are. We were created for a covenant relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Revelation 19: "7)Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. 8)And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints." I asked the Lord as to why I saw the reckless man at the wedding, positioned at the entrance as an Usher. He gave me understanding that in our covenant with the Lord, life is not void of adventure and thrill, as our carnal minds would have us to believe. In fact, as we enter into our walk with the Lord in the fullness He has beckoned us into, adventure awaits us, in it's refined form, (that is without the presence and the quest of superficial and temporary gratification). It greets and escorts us along the way in the direction we are called to go in. It simply does not carry the same recklessness and lack of discernment in what is truly satisfying, as that in which the thrills, according to the world points us toward. In other words, what we perceived as adventurous and thrilling in the scope of the world's viewpoint, takes on an entirely new appearance in the presence of the Lord's refining. It transforms to an adventure with lasting pleasures and eternal rewards. We are created to find our fulfillment from the covenant relationship with our Creator. It's how we were designed, and so, it is the only way we will ever find true, lasting contentment and become completely satisfied. If we have not entered His covenant, we find ourselves on a continuous journey to fill the void within us. During this dry season of wilderness we have been walking through, so many within the Body have been on an endeavor to find fulfillment wherever it can be found. There are some who have been searching in places that provide only a false fulfillment, and gratification that is superficial, therefore temporary. This is similar to feeding the natural stomach. You eat but the food does not provide a lasting solution. In a short amount of time, you are hungry again and must eat often to satisfy the demand of the stomach. All of the attempts we make to fill this hunger with anything other than relationship with the Father, are merely temporal solutions and will not even come close in comparison with what the depths of the heart is yearning for. The instant gratification the world offers, only leaves us with a bigger void and a frustration for the lack of finding what hits the spot. The Lord is sending out an invitation to each and everyone of us in this season to return to Him, or possibly come to Him for the first time ever. His desire is for us to enter into relationship with Him, with all of who we are, and walk in our full calling in Him. We are in the entrance of a season, or time, if you will, of this present generation that will soon be seen as unprecedented to any time before this. We are a people who are called not only to preach the word of the Lord with our voices but also to preach it through demonstration. Miracles, healings, deliverance of demonic bondage, raising the dead who have gone prematurely, salvation being received by those who are considered the most unlikely people to receive salvation; all of what I have mentioned here are merely a hint of what we are called to be manifesting and are at the verge of seeing and experiencing. The Lord is delivering to us a great beckoning to walk away from ALL that is hindering us from stepping into the fullness of relationship and destiny He has marked us for. He desires us to be awakened to His kingdom within us and reject the temptations from the world's draw that lead nowhere beneficial. 1Corinthians 10: 23) All things are lawful [that is, morally legitimate, permissible], but not all things are beneficial or advantageous. All things are lawful, but not all things are constructive [to character] and edifying [to spiritual life]. 24) Let no one seek [only] his own good, but [also] that of the other person. The true thrill and fulfillment is found in Him. He alone can provide us with more than all of which we have been searching for. When we entrust Him with who we are and all that we have, nothing is ever squandered. This is an amazing time to be alive! He is an amazing Father calling us back to Him in such a loving way and with such a rewarding destiny, desiring that we not miss out on anything He has intended for us in such a time as this. This is a time for awakening and celebration! Ten years ago, the Lord gave me a similar dream to this one. As I've been putting this together, I have not been able to shake the nudging of Him wanting me to address the former one as well. In my logical thinking I would assume this recent dream would replace the former and be enough, but He knows better than I. With the dreams being given to me ten years apart from one another, I felt urged to search out the meaning of the number ten. In the Hebrew context, the number ten is a number representing - shelemut. The Hebrew meaning of shelemut is; completion or, order. With that being said, I believe the Lord is speaking to us that within the contents and layers of these two dreams is direction, leading us to a divine completion and order in Him. In Part 2, I will narrate and explain the first of the two dreams, as was given to me ten years ago. I am so stirred up with excitement and expectancy of what the Lord is about to do! Breakthrough and blessing is at hand! Look for it! Be watchful. And it's acceptable to be giddy with delight as if a child on the night before Christmas!
God is for us! 100% for us! He's all for our success and victory in everything good. In fact, He's given us the kingdom to steward and represent on His behalf!!! He didn't withhold His son from us, which is the most perfect and highest gift possible. Therefore, He will not withhold any of His other gifts either. Although they are all good, if He would not withhold His most precious Gift neither will He withhold that of lesser value....and yet wholly GOOD and desired! In this season and time of preparation for MORE to be released into our personal stewardship, He wants our trust in Him to become stirred up to a much heightened level than what it has been up to this time. Trust is faith. Faith moves mountains. Faith allows us to rest. Rest is peace. Peace and joy go hand in hand and as you know, keeping our joy allows us strength to wait for the blessings and breakthroughs. I believe we just came full circle. To sum it up, He wants us to trust Him entirely because we can. Trusting Him entirely is also entirely beneficial to us in every way. Spiritually, emotionally and physically. Believe it or not, even monetarily and materialistically. Amazing! The more I dwell on His love for me, His faithfulness to me and His goodness released upon me, the more I fall deeper and deeper in love with Him and desiring to know Him more and more. Deep calls unto deep. TODAY, trust that the Lord, our God, our Father, our very Creator, 'wants and is willing' to bless us. He is willing; To bless us in the city; in the country; To bless our children; Our crops of our land; Our livestock; Our food source and supply; Us, as we go out of our homes and travel about, and as we enter back into our homes. To give us victory over attacks from our enemies and in such a way, they'll be sorry they even tried to come against us. To bless our farms and workplaces and properties. (Taken from Deuteronomy 28) There are blessings from the Lord within this day that are ready and willing to overtake every single one of us. Are we presenting ourselves as an accepting vessel or have we closed ourselves off, too fearful to hope? God is not confined to bring breakthrough and blessings in the limited way our minds want to constrict Him to. He is able to go above and beyond, and He is about to! "Your beauty and love chase after me every day of my life. For the rest of my life, the house of the Lord will be my home." Psalm 23:6 The enemy's greatest and most strategic battlefield and often times the most successful, takes place within the realm our minds. If we can become discouraged enough or afraid enough to lose our perspective of who we have been transformed to be through the redemption of Jesus Christ, then the enemy has won the battle- temporarily.
Losing our perspective usually takes place in times of continued discouragement or fear. Discouragement and fear are stemmed from deceptions from the enemy spoken into our thoughts, in attempt to exaggerate the problem into being bigger and more powerful than the promises of God. On the contrary, peace and joy are attributes of faith in God and His word. The enemy of our soul wants nothing less than for us to see ourselves as failures, outcasts, rejected, sick, poor, powerless, and unforgivable. Those are all lies to hinder us from the truth of who we really are. Interestingly enough, our enemy doesn't always approach us in a way that is easily distinguishable of who he is. In fact, I believe it's safe to say, very rarely does he move in on us in an immediately recognizable manner. He's cunning and therefore approaches us more often than not, in subtle ways that break down our faith, hope and self-confidence over a habitual course of time rather than with one quick blow. These actions against us may come in a variety of forms that we least suspect is an avenue of the enemy, such as; a delayed time of breakthrough, a feeling of condemnation that we can't seem to shake, a critical word from a co-worker, or, possibly even with something so seemingly as innocent as, a repeated struggle with getting a good night's sleep. If we could grasp the truth of who we have been created to be and the destiny we're meant to walk in we would be unstoppable for the kingdom of God, and all of the attacks of the enemy would be of no avail. That's the awesome truth!! Many years ago the Lord spoke to me; "Do not give counsel based on your own opinion. Over time and with more knowledge and maturity, opinion changes. My word is steadfast and does not change. Speak according to My word." Truth is always found in God's word and God's word has the power to transform not only our fashion of thinking but also our circumstances and the very atmosphere we live in. "For the Word that God speaks is alive and full of power; it is sharper than any two-edged sword, penetrating to the dividing line even of soul and spirit, and joints and marrow, exposing and sifting and analyzing and judging the very thoughts and purposes of the heart." Hebrews 4:12 What does that mean? The Word of God is an accurately precise weapon in cutting off anything and everything that is deceivingly portraying itself as truth but in reality, is an impostor of truth. Deception is tricky and dangerous in that it intertwines itself so closely knitted together with facets of truth that at times it can become difficult to separate the truth from the lie. God's word is so powerfully accurate that it can sever between what otherwise is humanly impossible to rightly divide between, and it does so without causing damage to that which is good. The Word cuts off the corrupt and leaves intact that which is good, pure and life sustaining. Amazing! No other argument other than the very truth/word of God has the capability of doing that within our lives. There's an incredible promise we can find in Isaiah 55:10-11; "For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." God is not a man so that He should lie, so if He says He sent His word that you may be healed, then, expect to be healed. If He sent His word that you may have life more abundantly, then, expect it to be just as He has said. There's power in His word to accomplish exactly what He intends for it to. Think about it in this aspect; His word is so powerful and full of life that even when there was nothing - NOTHING but God - He spoke and all of creation was formed into existence! As if that's not good enough, the very Spirit of God that spoke EVERYTHING into existence is living inside of you and me, and it just keeps getting better and better, in that, He has equipped us with everything we need to overcome any circumstance or roadblock that is opposing His will for us. I don't know about you but the very thought of that sends excitement and faith shooting through my core! Ephesians 6:10-17 "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having down all to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." There's an interesting point I'd like for you to take notice of. In regards to all of the armor that is being placed onto the Believer; when properly secured into place on us, the armor is for the purpose of protecting us from the attacks of what the enemy is firing at us. Even so, just as the helmet protecting our minds, every piece is of the utmost importance so we will not be harmed and taken down. This one specific piece is the only item of our armor given to us for use as a weapon rather than for merely protection. The sword of the Spirit, being the Word of God, is the weapon that makes us dangerous to the enemy and his plans. Seeing us suited up in our armor isn't what causes the enemy to stand in fear of us and tremble. When in battle, it's not the armor that causes injury and death, rather, it's the sword. In Mark 11:23, Jesus tells us how to effectively use this sword we've been given; "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'be removed and be cast into the sea', and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says." We must speak aloud, declaring the word into our circumstances, (and sometimes into our own hearing) simply believing God at His word. There's power in His logos word, which is the written word - the scriptures, and there's also power in His rhema word, which is the word spoken to us by the Holy Spirit, such as a prophetic promise either spoken to us by the Holy Spirit directly, or through another Believer. Remember, because the same Spirit of God who spoke everything into existence, lives - dwells - makes His abode, within us we have tremendous power in our words. "A man's self shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth; and with the consequence of his words he must be satisfied [whether good or evil]. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life]." Proverbs 18:20-21 Therefore, let us be sure and quick to speak in agreement with His word to create life in the promises and to precisely sever off all that opposes His truth and will for us. And this is the truth that we need to daily remind ourselves of; God is my Father (Matthew 23:9) and in so being He is my Healer (Jehovah-Rapha: Exodus 15:26), my Provider (Jehovah-Jireh: Genesis 22:14), my Restorer (Jehovah-El Ashiyb: Psalm 23:3), my All in All (Philippians 4:19) because He provides unsparingly for His children (Psalm 84:11). He IS a good and loving Father to me (Psalm 136:1 & Jeremiah 31:3). He accepts me unconditionally, without fail - ALWAYS! (Ephesians 1:6) He ALWAYS wants my fellowship - yes, ALWAYS! (John 14:23) He has forgiven me - FOR EVERYTHING! (Isaiah 43:25-26) All that is His, He makes available to me. (Luke 12:32) He sees me as I am, and yet as if I am already perfected. (2 Corinthians 5:17) He receives me wholly as I am now, and yet gently guides and teaches me how to bear better and more productive fruit in my life. (John 15:16) Why? Because He wants the best of the best for me. Always! (Matthew 7:11 & Romans 8:28) God is for me - not against me. (Romans 8:31) "The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me because He has anointed Me to preach the good news to the poor; He has sent Me to announce release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to send forth as delivered those who are oppressed, to proclaim the accepted and acceptable year of the Lord." Luke 4:18-19 "Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power that the enemy possesses, and nothing shall in any way harm you." Luke 10:19 In His word, in one way or another, our Father has covered everything that we could possibly be in need of. He's declared to us promises and assurances sufficient enough to cover all of life's trials and tribulations. Blessings! We have entered into a season in the Body of Christ that is abundantly full of past promises and former words of personal prophecy coming into fruition. It's acceleration time, it's payment time, it's harvest time!
Although we are in a season of fresh revelation and newness, God is also renewing our understanding of past words and dreams He has spoken and shown to us. It's not that we missed it before, rather that He's allowing us to receive it now with a greater maturity and deeper level of understanding. I liken it to reading scripture over again but at a new level in my walk as a Believer. So it's as true with revelation, dreams, and prophetic words the Holy Spirit has given to us. All of those insights are not necessarily for one specific moment in time, but as with much of what the Lord reveals to us, it's continually being revealed over and over, yet at a greater level of understanding as we mature in our walk, and as old, false mindsets are cast off. This may not hold true for every dream, or every prophetic utterance, but just the same, you cannot put every dream and prophetic word in a box for only a once in a lifetime time frame. God is a sovereign god, let's not box Him up, instead, let's allow Him to minister to us without hindrance as He wills. If that might possibly be from past revelation, then so be it! We are transforming from 'glory to glory', in a continuous unveiling of His word and His Spirit. Some years ago, the Lord gave me a vision of what seemed to be gears of a clock. There were three gears working together and each gear was labeled. 1. Word 2. Holy Spirit 3. Body In the vision, I saw the teeth of each gear interlocking with the others causing them to be joined together and therefore moving in one accord, as though being one unit instead of three individual parts. The result of their functioning together in such a manner was in the production of a steady and perfect time with one another. I then heard the words, "precision time". Precision - the quality, condition, or fact of being exact and accurate. Some of us in the Body have been waiting months or maybe even years to see the fulfillment of promises and breakthroughs of which we have been believing and praying for. At times we may have doubted if we heard correctly, or if we ourselves have somehow been the cause of those delays. It is not the Lord's desire that we slip into a place of doubting we hear His voice, or accepting condemnation that we are at fault. Rather, His delight is in our trust in Him that He has a perfect timing for each step of our lives. Although we may not always be able to understand it, if we lean in on Him we can find rest and joy within the waiting process. When we co-labor with the Holy Spirit and His word we can rest assured we are keeping His precision timing in our lives. Following the vision the Lord spoke to me; "Do not be dismayed when you do not see those things come to pass according to the law of time you have laid down. My time table exceeds the knowledge of what you know and grasp of time. You have become a generation of people being impatient and intolerant of trials, yet do you not know that your perseverance through trials matures you to completeness and strengthens you with enduring faith?" As the Lord brought this vision and former word back to me, He then spoke the following to me; "Your promises are not gone. They are not forgotten. They are coming into existence and reaching depths far greater than you expected and soon you will see the fruit of the waiting period you have endured. Every harvest must endure the waiting process of growth for the best fruit to be brought forth into completion. Celebrate the goodness of what is about to shoot forth from the Vine!" I am seeing words I received fourteen years ago, now manifesting in my life. Some of the words prophesied to me were as most prophetic words usually are - spoken as if they were for that very time in my life (because that's normally how the prophetic person delivering the word usually sees and feels it....as if it's happening at that very time.) and yet they seemed so unreal to me because I could not find an application for them anywhere at that time. Fourteen years later, they make perfect sense to me and it's almost as if I'm reading my own diary. Had I thrown them out and disregarded them as a false prophecy I would have missed the state of being in awe of God, that I now am in as I watch them take form and play out in my life. Not to mention, strengthening my faith and producing excitement with the expectation of the promises I know are soon to manifest! We are on the brink of the harvest of past promises and words of prophecy being fulfilled in our lives personally, as well as corporately. Whether they come to fruition today or at the end of the year, don't be discouraged in the time of waiting, rather, be confident that God is doing a good work in us and in our surroundings. He wants us to step into the fulfillment being the best us we can be and in the best way possible, for such a time as this. "We can be sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good." Romans 8:28 (TM) Abundant Blessings! "For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." 2 Corinthians 10: 3-5
The word 'stronghold' could also be referred to as 'mindset'. In other words, when a person has their mind set or fixed on a specific way of doing something or believing that something is truth, it then becomes difficult for their belief to be changed from that in which they have "set their mind" to believing. Although what they believe to be factual may indeed not be at all, to that person, it becomes their truth. Therefore, the greatest and most common assault from our enemy is always first and foremost the battle upon our minds. If our thinking can be swayed from the truth of God's word than we become vulnerable and our offense and defense weakens, and as we become broken down we may very well find ourselves hanging out on the enemy's turf rather than standing solidly in the King's court. There is not one thing that exists -whether good or bad - that did not first begin as a thought. Every action, every invention, every word we speak, did not manifest into existence until the seed of that thought was first within us. As it was allowed to exist and then mature, something - whether a word, an action, a business, an invention, whatever it may be, was created into existence that stemmed from that single original thought. On the other hand, if that first thought was stifled immediately after it formed and not meditated upon in any sort of way, nothing more would have manifested into existence in it's likeness. Negative thoughts do not bring about positive actions nor good things into existence. Neither does thinking with a negative perspective allow our faith in God to arise that we may receive His best for our lives. When we walk in faith we are believing with the heart and mind that God has only good in store for us, even if it requires Him to turn a bad situation around into something good. God created everything from nothing, He is more than capable of transforming whatever our trial is into a blessing and victory for us. The catch is, we 'receive' by faith when we 'see' by faith. What does that mean? Simply, when we believe God's word, which is good news, we believe the positive report rather than the negative report which may very well be 'in our face' at that moment. When we are standing on the positive report, regardless of how much 'in our face' the negative has been, we are also standing alongside God in the battle rather than alongside of the enemy in the battle. Remember, God is for us, His report is always favorable for us. His report is good news for us in every area of our lives! The enemy's report is that of condemnation for us and for our various situations. Therefore, it's imperative that we do inventory of the thoughts we are allowing to exist within us and what we are allowing to mature into the words we speak. Are they in alignment with the report of the Lord for our lives or, are they giving territory to the enemy of our souls? In such a negative world we can maintain a positive perspective only by "bringing every thought into captivity into the obedience of Christ". That means we welcome the Holy Spirit to lead us in our thoughts and when we recognize negativity creeping in, we subdue it and not give it another second to corrupt our thinking. Our battles are won and our lives glorify God when we learn to submit our thoughts to Him. Our thoughts are much like our life's steering wheel, where they turn, our lives follow. Align our thoughts with God's will and our lives will shine forth His Spirit and His best! "For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome." Jeremiah 29:11 (Refuse to let anything or anyone convince you otherwise.) Life is too precious to surrender it to anything other than walking in God's victory and the very best that He has for us. In the midst of our struggles and trials of life let's not become swept under by allowing them to become bigger and more powerful in our lives than what they should be. We can keep the right perspective by moving to higher ground per se`. When we move our focus onto the One who is the Creator of all that exists and, allow Him to be the greatest, most powerful view and actual power in our life, we then can walk in peace and joy as we are created to. God is bigger than what we often times give Him credit for being. Our problems can seem so overwhelming at times that we tend to make them greater than God Himself, but that's merely the deception that anxiety produces when we focus on the issue of our problem rather than the Issuer of our peace. "God can do anything, you know- far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, His Spirit, deeply and gently within us. " Ephesians 3:20-21 Therefore, stop every now and then throughout the day and take a deep breath and remember just how great and mighty our Father God is, and allow Him the opportunity to be as BIG as He really is, in every situation we have. It's our responsibility to stop allowing small thinking to determine the depth and extent of our faith in what God is more than capable of doing. Cast off small thinking from this day forward and think BIG....think - GOD! Shake off negative mindsets and every form of negativity as if it's a disease. (In a sense it is!) Agree with the good reports for you and your life - God's report! "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain comes down and the snow from heaven and do not return there but water the earth and make it bring forth and bud that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth, It shall not return to Me void but it shall accomplish what I please and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." Isaiah 55: 8-11 As "Believers", it is time for us to truly believe God and His word, thoroughly. We're called to be overcomers and this is the season for us to learn how to truly walk in it. The Lord's grace is extravagantly upon us in this season so that we may step into the renewing of our thoughts and minds to align with His truth more swiftly than in previous seasons known to us. The Lord is stirring within us, His Spirit of truth and victory and preparing us for breakthroughs as we've never experienced before. Breakthroughs in finances, in good health springing forth, in relationships that have either been rocky or possibly even severed at one time, restoration of laid down gifts and callings, businesses being revived and made prosperous, prayers being answered swiftly, as well as the prodigals in our family coming back to the Lord. The Lord is quickening this in my spirit ever so strongly: WE are the people who are called by His name and His desire is for us to live daily in the transforming power of His name. This transformation begins with our belief system, which obviously begins with our thoughts and mindsets. God's heart is for us to become witnesses of who HE is so that the world might see Him within us.The greatest impact and revival will be because of His Love being poured out through us. God is love, and when we experience His love we then release that love to those around us and into the world. To truly experience His love and to release it as we ought to, we must first genuinely "believe" how much He loves us. It is in knowing the realness of His love for us that our thoughts and perspective will dramatically change from being negative to positive. Instead of coming into agreement with the temporary setbacks of the day, we can then be confident and expect even the negative setbacks to quickly change into something of our benefit. That is the goodness of the Lord for those who love Him. "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind so that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in His sight for you."
