How It All Began
Our Love Story
Two hearts, tough love, and a God who knew exactly what He was doing.
The Beginning
Side by Side in Service
Josiah and Nana Ama first crossed paths at Remnant Christian Network Ghana, not through a chance encounter or a grand introduction, but while serving faithfully in God's house. Both were members of the media team, working behind the scenes to ensure every meeting and programme reached people far and near. Josiah served as the Media Head, while Nana Ama was a dedicated member of the team. Through countless services, rehearsals, and ministry assignments, they found themselves serving side by side. In those quiet moments of commitment and sacrifice, they began to notice each other's character, passion, and love for God.
The Friendship
From Hello to Can't-Do-Without-You
What began as simple greetings and team conversations gradually grew into a meaningful friendship. Ministry responsibilities created opportunities for them to talk, collaborate, and share moments that extended beyond the demands of service. Josiah admired Nana Ama's sincerity, kindness, and unwavering devotion to God. Nana Ama found in Josiah a man of wisdom, humility, and quiet strength. Before long, their conversations became something they both looked forward to, and their friendship became one of the most treasured parts of their lives.
The Realisation
When Friendship Turned to Love
There was no single dramatic moment, only a gradual and beautiful realization. Josiah found himself noticing Nana Ama in ways he never had before. Her presence brought a unique joy, and every interaction left him grateful. Nana Ama began to see that the man she deeply respected had become someone she genuinely cared for. As they continued to serve together, pray together, and grow in their walk with God, they both arrived at the same conviction: what they shared had become something far deeper than friendship. Seeking God's guidance, they found peace in the belief that He was authoring a love story neither of them could have planned.
The Courtship
Love Built on a Solid Foundation
With wisdom, patience, and intentionality, Josiah expressed his desire to pursue Nana Ama in a God-honouring way. With the blessing and support of their families, they began a courtship founded on faith, purpose, and mutual respect. The same ministry that had brought them together continued to shape their relationship. Their journey was marked by prayer, meaningful conversations, shared service, and the reassurance that God was leading every step. Each day revealed more clearly that their story had been written by God's hand long before they met.
The Proposal
He Asked. She Said Yes.
When Josiah finally got down on one knee, Nana Ama's answer was already written in her heart. Through joyful tears and surrounded by the love and support of family and friends, she said yes. It was a beautiful culmination of a journey that had begun in service and friendship and had blossomed into a love rooted in God. The next chapter of their story was ready to begin.
