We have entered into a season in the Body of Christ that is abundantly full of past promises and former words of personal prophecy coming into fruition. It's acceleration time, it's payment time, it's harvest time!
Although we are in a season of fresh revelation and newness, God is also renewing our understanding of past words and dreams He has spoken and shown to us. It's not that we missed it before, rather that He's allowing us to receive it now with a greater maturity and deeper level of understanding. I liken it to reading scripture over again but at a new level in my walk as a more matured Believer. Just as we can perceive scripture in a new light of understanding as time passes, it holds equally as true for revelation, dreams, and prophetic words the Holy Spirit has given to us.
All of those above mentioned insights and foresights are not necessarily for one specific moment in time, but as with much of what the Lord speaks and shows to us, they are continually being revealed over and over at a greater level of understanding as we mature in our walk and, as old, false mindsets are cast off. This may not hold true for every dream, or every prophetic utterance, but just the same, you cannot put every dream and prophetic word in a box for only a once in a lifetime frame of time. God is a sovereign god, let's not box Him up, instead, let's allow Him to minister to us without hindrance as He wills. If His method of ministry might possibly be from a past revelation, then so be it! We are transforming from 'glory to glory', in a continuous unveiling of His word and His Spirit.
Some years ago, the Lord gave me a vision of what seemed to be gears of a clock. There were three gears working together and each gear was labeled.
2. Holy Spirit
In the vision, I saw the teeth of each gear interlocking with the others causing them to be joined together and therefore moving in one accord, as though being one unit instead of three individual parts. The result of their functioning together in such a manner was that of a steady and perfect time being kept with one another. I then heard the words, "precision time".
Precision - the quality, condition, or fact of being exact and accurate.
Some of us in the Body have been waiting months or maybe even years to see the fulfillment of promises and breakthroughs of which we have been believing and praying for. At times we may have doubted if we heard correctly, or if we ourselves have somehow been the cause of those delays. It is not the Lord's desire that we slip into a place of doubting we hear His voice, or accepting condemnation that we are at fault. Rather, His delight is in our trust in Him that He has a perfect timing for each step of our lives. Although we may not always be able to understand it, if we lean in on Him we can find rest and joy within the waiting process. When we co-labor with the Holy Spirit and His word, we can rest assured we are keeping His precision timing in our lives.
Following the vision, the Lord spoke to me; "Do not be dismayed when you do not see those things come to pass according to the law of time you have laid down. My time table exceeds the knowledge of what you know and grasp of time. You have become a generation of people being impatient and intolerant of trials, yet do you not know that your perseverance through trials matures you to completeness and strengthens you with enduring faith?"
As the Lord brought this vision and former word back to me, He then spoke the following; "Your promises are not gone. They are not forgotten. They are coming into existence and reaching depths far greater than you expected and soon you will see the fruit of the waiting period you have endured. Every harvest must endure the waiting process of growth for the best fruit to be brought forth into completion. Celebrate the goodness of what is about to shoot forth from the Vine!"
I am now seeing words I received fourteen years ago, manifesting in my life. Some of the words prophesied to me were as most prophetic words usually are - spoken as if they were for that very time in my life (because that's normally how the prophetic person delivering the word usually sees and feels it - as if it's happening at that very time). Even though the prophetic messenger spoke as if the time was nigh for the words that came forth, to me they seemed so unreal because I could not find an application for them anywhere at that time in my life. Nothing seemed to fit with what the present reality in my life was.
Fast forward to fourteen years later and they make perfect sense to me. In fact, rereading the prophecies spoken to me is almost as if I'm reading my own diary. Had I thrown them out and disregarded them as a false prophecy I would have missed the state of, being in awe of God that I now am in, as I witness those words take form and play out in my life. Not to mention, how they are strengthening my faith and producing excitement with the expectation of the promises I know are soon to follow!
We are on the brink of the harvest of past promises and words of prophecy being fulfilled in our lives personally, as well as corporately. Whether they come to fruition today or at the end of the year, or in another few years, don't be discouraged in the time of waiting, rather, be confident that God is doing a good work in us and in our surroundings. He wants us to step into the fulfillment of our promises, being the best (as prepared) as we can be and in the best way possible, for such a time as this.
"We can be sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good." Romans 8:28
If you occupy yourself in spending any time whatsoever on media, whether it be a type of social media, television, or merely browsing the internet, you're bound to encounter a common phrase being stated repeatedly as of lately. "Are you awake?"
As someone who has been in prophetic ministry for years, I can tell you that God has been calling out to His people for many years, to "awaken". For the people of God to awaken is a teaching within itself and I'll only be skimming the surface of what that means in this message.
The message that I am inspired to convey at this time is, I believe there are more than one type of a so-called 'awakening' currently taking place throughout the world. To be more precise, I personally can see one from a natural perspective and two others of which I discern more so on a spiritual level.
The first one, which is from a natural perspective is being promoted all over, via social media posts, documentaries and through much chatter from nearly everywhere. This type of awakening is being broadcasted in order to bring us into awareness of the deception and persuasive mind influence the media has played on our lives in a much greater manner than what we ever thought possible. I do believe this is necessary information for everyone to come to understand. Not all, but a great portion of the entertainment industry and political arena has fallen under the corrupt influence of our spiritual enemy who is the deceiver. How could this be? From the root of hunger to obtain above all else; wealth, fame and power. Although this form of an awakening is being spoon fed to us in the natural, there is a level of spiritual discernment that should be applied for the sake of understanding the full depth and magnitude of this deception.
Secondly, I discern another so-called awakening sweeping the earth. This one sounds and feels very good. It has some powerful truth blended in with some equally powerful deception. It is inspired by an imposter spirit that speaks from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. It is the original deception fed to mankind, merely packaged with a new and brilliantly enticing appearance. What's the truth that's mingled in? We were created to be walking in more than what we have discovered within ourselves. What's the deception? We are God. What's the pure truth? We are created to be walking with God (Yahweh) in relationship and in the fullness of the Truth of the Word (Jesus Christ) and the power of the Holy Spirit within us. We BELONG to the one true God - who is our Creator. He created us for relationship with Him not for us to use Him as a puppet for our benefit to gain wealth and success. This imposter spirit is subtly influencing people to believe that we have all we need within us (this is a partial truth which is what makes it dangerously deceptive) and can create our own realities, VOID of placing our faith and submission in the One true God - which is where true salvation (eternal wholeness of mind, body, spirit) comes from).
The genuine awakening from the Holy Spirit for Believers is all about being restored to our original state of being (understanding of who we belong to, having an unwavering kingdom mentality, and an absolute faith in Him) in order to manifest the Kingdom of God on the earth in the way we have been commissioned to do all along. (Love, joy, peace, righteousness; declaring the good news of salvation; heal the sick, cast out demons, set the captives free; displaying signs, miracles and wonders - ALL in HIS NAME). We are being awakened to who He is within us as well as equally becoming aware of the bondages of this world we are to remove ourselves from. The genuine awakening from God is about restoration and will always acknowledge Jesus as our Savior, God as our Creator, and the Holy Spirit as our inspiration with power and boldness.
John 16:13 "But when the truth-giving Spirit comes, he will unveil the reality of every truth within you. He won’t speak his own message, but only what he hears from the Father, and he will reveal prophetically to you what is to come.14 He will glorify me on the earth, for he will receive from me what is mine and reveal it to you.15 Everything that belongs to the Father belongs to me—that’s why I say that the Divine Encourager will receive what is mine and reveal it to you."
At the time of transference, not every gift is perceived as the treasure it truly is. Sometimes, when perceived through the lens of our natural eyesight, the gift at first has the appearance of hardship and trial.
Salvation is the greatest gift of all but the appearance of it when Jesus hung on the cross being viewed with natural eyesight was not anything that seemed to be the glorious treasure it was - and is.
This time we are walking through is undoubtedly tough and while we view it through what our natural perceptions see, feel, hear, and are made to endure, for good reason it most definitely appears as a trial and hardship.
The good news is, this is not where the story stops. There is more to come, and the rest of the story is far better than the preceding chapters. Some areas of life may not look the same or feel the same as what we all knew before, but some changes are not bad. In fact, change is good when it is a gift from the Lord.
When God's people were being freed from the bondage of Pharaoh, they had to endure change. Their time of transition from slavery to freedom was a time of change in every definition of what it could entail. They literally underwent a transference from a land governed by corrupt powers that refused and even scoffed at God, to a land of abundance, beauty, and freedom whose leaders were appointed and directed by God.
Remember, they had to leave behind most of all that was familiar to them and become somewhat inconvenienced for a while. Had they seen from a spiritual perspective of the promised land which awaited them I am sure the grumbling about the temporary inconveniences would not have been the case.
In a sense, we ARE now the people of God who are being delivered from the bondage of a corrupt system for the purpose of being taken to a land of promise...but....(there's always a 'but' isn't there?) the quicker we choose to perceive through spiritual understanding and choose praise over grumbling will determine the swiftness of our exile, so to speak. Praise is always the key which unlocks the door(s) of our promises.
We have asked for this time in our times of prayer (possibly unknowing what we were asking for exactly- but nevertheless, we asked) and now we are receiving our deliverance and breakthroughs. Our prayers are being answered but are we recognizing the gift for what it really is? The process of manifesting the answers to our prayers does not always look like what we expected it to while in the formation stages. Remember, there is always a necessary journey in between the place, from here to there.
A couple of mornings ago, I woke up to hearing the Lord speak, "Lines are being drawn in the sand." I have contemplated this statement much and lifted it up before the Lord to receive His direction that I might gain a clearer understanding. The impression that continues to come before me is a vision of His people leaving their bondage when they safely crossed through the waters. When Pharaoh's army attempted to follow and cross the same waters, having intentions to capture the people, God, in a nutshell drew the line -they were not allowed to proceed any farther. The buck stops here! In a manner of speaking, He drew a (spiritual) line in the sand of which they were not allowed to cross (spiritually or naturally).
The basic implications of 'drawing a line in the sand is a) to establish a figurative boundary that someone or a group refuses to cross or beyond which no further advance or compromise is accepted. b) to set a limit beyond which someone cannot go without suffering consequences. c) to put a stop to or a limit on something.
Please understand, I am not implying that God has brought this situation upon us. Although, I am concluding that what was meant for our harm has been intercepted by His almighty hand so as, to turn it around and heap it upon the heads of our enemy and even more so, transform it into a good gift for His people.
Romans 8:26 Likewise, the Spirit also helps our weakness. For we do not know what to pray as we should. But the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with unutterable sighs.
27 But He Who searches the hearts, knows the meaning of the Spirit. For He intercedes for the Saints according to the will of God.
28 But we know that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose.
29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the Firstborn among many brothers.
30 Moreover, those whom He predestined, He also called. And those whom He called, He also justified. And those whom He justified, He also glorified.
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Covid19 only wins if we give it permission to win. And that perspective of permission is different for each one of us on our own personal level.
Life has not stopped. It has merely stopped for how we knew it to be and that in itself is not a bad occurrence.
Every one of us has been given life for an important and fruitful purpose but it truly is our individual responsibility to accept it or not. An important factor in accepting it is also the willingness to perceive it as such.
This is truly a divinely orchestrated time gifted to us that we may sift out all of the lumps and the leaven allowing us to discover and once again enter into our true identity. In so doing, we will also become aware of all that has eternal importance and purpose in comparison to all superficial distractions that we have made ourselves accustomed to believing have any type of importance at all.
We have the victory over Covid19 when we choose to view this time as a gift and lift our gratitude and praise of the life gifted to us unto our Creator and Savior.
Be wise but give no allowance to fear. Praise and gratitude will always snuff out fear.
We cannot be freed from that which enslaves us (aka that which we are in bondage to) without first having our eyes opened to the deception of which we were so cleverly lured (seduced) in by.
In the forefront, evil presents itself as Light, if you will. Then, very subtly, little by little, draws us in to compromise in such a way, that before we know it, we've surrendered our perspective (thoughts; mind; beliefs) to the deception which in truth is, the Deceiver.
When truth, or one might say, the revealing of the true face of deception, is presented to us, we then have a choice to accept the Truth and walk in freedom or, to continue blindly within the grip of the Deceiver.
Think of it this way, an addict cannot be set free from the addiction without first coming into the understanding that the addiction does indeed exist and has a grip upon his/her thoughts and actions/decisions. The person must come to acknowledge that they are enslaved by the very thing they perceived to be as merely a controlled choice or simply a pleasure they continued to partake in.
Just like the children of Israel had to let go of some of their familiar routines and conveniences in order to be truly free and able to dwell in their true identity and promised land, likewise, we are in a time like no other that we too must choose whether we will remain in captivity to the world's way of thinking or step into the freedom of the Kingdom with the mind of Christ.
His light within us has already overcome the darkness but we must stop surrendering to and agreeing with the darkness in order to walk in the genuine fullness of His light/kingdom.
As Believers in Christ, victory cannot be taken from us, it can only be surrendered by us.
"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." 2 Corinthians 10: 3-5
The word 'stronghold' could also be referred to as 'mindset'. In other words, when a person has their mind set or fixed on a specific way of doing something or believing that something is truth, it then becomes difficult for their belief to be changed from that in which they have "set their mind" to believing. Although what they believe to be factual may indeed not be at all, to that person it becomes their truth.
Therefore, the greatest and most common assault from our enemy is always first and foremost the battle upon our minds. If our thinking can be swayed from the truth of God's word then we become vulnerable and our offense and defense weakens. As we become broken down we may very well find ourselves hanging out on the enemy's turf rather than standing solidly in the King's court.
There is not one thing that exists -whether good or bad - that did not first begin as a thought. Every action, every invention, every word we speak, did not manifest into existence until the seed of that thought was first within us. As we allowed it to exist and then mature, something - whether a word, an action, a business, an invention, whatever it may have been was created into existence, stemming from that single original thought.
On the other hand, if that first thought was stifled out immediately after it formed and not meditated upon in any sort of way, nothing more would have manifested into existence in it's likeness.
Negative thoughts do not bring about positive actions nor do they manifest good things into existence. Neither does thinking with a negative perspective allow our faith in God to arise that we may receive His best for our lives. When we walk in faith we are believing with the heart and mind that God has only good in store for us, even if it requires Him to turn a bad situation around into something good. God created everything from nothing, He is more than capable of transforming whatever our trial is into a blessing and victory for us. The catch is, we 'receive' by faith when we 'see' by faith. What does that mean? Simply, when we believe God's word, which is good news, we believe the positive report rather than the negative report which may very well be 'in our face' at that moment. When we are standing on the positive report, regardless of how much 'in our face' the negative has been, we are also standing alongside God in the battle rather than alongside of the enemy in the battle.
Remember, God is for us, His report is always favorable for us. His report is good news for us in every area of our lives! The enemy's report is that of condemnation for us and for our various situations. Therefore, it's imperative that we do inventory of the thoughts we are allowing to exist within us and what we are allowing to mature into the words we speak. Are they in alignment with the report of the Lord for our lives or, are they giving territory to the enemy of our souls?
In such a negative world we can maintain a positive perspective only by "bringing every thought into captivity into the obedience of Christ". That means we welcome the Holy Spirit to lead us in our thoughts and when we recognize negativity creeping in, we subdue it and not give it another second to corrupt our thinking. Our battles are won and our lives glorify God when we learn to submit our thoughts to Him.
Our thoughts are much like our life's steering wheel in as; where our thoughts turn to, our lives follow. Align our thoughts with God's will and our lives will shine forth His Spirit and His best!
"For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome." Jeremiah 29:11 (Refuse to let anything or anyone convince you otherwise.)
Life is too precious to surrender it to anything other than walking in God's victory and the very best that He has for us.
In the midst of our struggles and trials of life let's not become swept under by allowing them to become bigger and more powerful in our lives than what they should be. We can keep the right perspective by moving to higher ground per se`. When we move our focus onto the One who is the Creator of all that exists and allow Him to be the greatest, most powerful view and actual power in our lives, we then can walk in peace and joy as we are created to.
God is bigger than what we often times give Him credit for being. Our problems can seem so overwhelming at times that we tend to make them greater than God Himself, but that's merely the deception that anxiety produces when we focus on the issue of our problem rather than the Issuer of our peace.
"God can do anything, you know- far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, His Spirit, deeply and gently within us. " Ephesians 3:20-21
Therefore, stop every now and then throughout the day and take a deep breath and remember just how great and mighty our Father God is, and allow Him the opportunity to be as BIG as He really is, in every situation we have. It's our responsibility to stop allowing small thinking to determine the depth and extent of our faith in what God is more than capable of doing.
Cast off small thinking from this day forward and think BIG....think - GOD! Shake off negative mindsets and every form of negativity as if it's a disease. (In a sense it is!) Agree with the good reports for you and your life - God's report!
"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain comes down and the snow from heaven and do not return there but water the earth and make it bring forth and bud that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth, It shall not return to Me void but it shall accomplish what I please and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." Isaiah 55: 8-11
As "Believers", it is time for us to truly believe God and His word, thoroughly. We're called to be overcomers and this is the season for us to learn how to truly walk in it. The Lord's grace is extravagantly upon us in this season so that we may step into the renewing of our thoughts and minds to align with His truth more swiftly than in previous seasons known to us. The Lord is stirring within us His Spirit of truth and victory and preparing us for breakthroughs as we've never experienced before. Breakthroughs in finances, in good health springing forth, in relationships that have either been rocky or possibly even severed at one time, restoration of laid down gifts and callings, businesses being revived and made prosperous, prayers being answered swiftly, as well as the prodigals in our family coming back to the Lord.
The Lord is quickening this in my spirit ever so strongly:
WE are the people who are called by His name and His desire is for us to live daily in the transforming power of His name. This transformation begins with our belief system, which obviously begins with our thoughts and mindsets. God's heart is for us to become witnesses of who HE is so that the world might see Him within us.The greatest impact and revival will be because of His Love being poured out through us. God is love, and when we experience His love we then release that love to those around us and into the world. To truly experience His love and to release it as we ought to, we must first genuinely "believe" how much He loves us. It is in knowing the realness of His love for us that our thoughts and perspective will dramatically change from being negative to positive. Instead of coming into agreement with the temporary setbacks of the day, we can then be confident and expect even the negative setbacks to quickly change into something of our benefit. That is the goodness of the Lord for those who love Him.
"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind so that you may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in His sight for you." Romans 12:2
"Jabez cried to the God of Israel, saying, Oh, that You would bless me and enlarge my border, and that Your hand might be with me, and You would keep me from evil so it might not hurt me! And God granted his request." 1 Chronicles 4:10
"Great gifts mean great responsibilities, greater gifts, greater responsibilities!" Luke 12:48
For the majority of us, it's highly likely true to say, we'd like to see expansion in our lives, in some, if not all areas of our lives. Whether it'd be a pay increase, a job promotion, a bigger house, a larger sphere of influence, higher education, a bigger ministry or church, a more successful business, and the list could go on and on from there. What we oftentimes forget to take into account is that with increase into our lives also comes increased responsibilities and accountability.
The idea of more sounds really great, and I'm not saying it's not great, I believe it is, but more often than not, when we imagine increase being given to us, we neglect to consider there will be a process of learning how to manage our newly instituted level of increase. When we find ourselves not transitioning as easily or as swiftly as what our mind's eye had imagined, we might tend to consider it as failure. Let me reassure you, what you might be tempted to view as failure, is not. It's the process of growth and with growth there are awkward stages and unpleasant times, and possibly even some painful experiences. Growth is success. It's victory. It's conquering each step as it's presented, maybe not always at an all out run, but even at that, a slow & steady pace is still growth.
"Is there anyone here who, planning to build a new house, doesn't first sit down and figure the cost so you'll know if you can complete it?" Luke 14:28
It's important that we be not disillusioned with what it means to have more, or else it sets a tone for discouragement to set in. There is no room for discouragement in our walk. Discouragement causes us to lose sight of truth and the promises we've been given by the Lord. Remember, He gave us more because He knows we can utilize it with success as we continue to release it back to Him daily and allow Him to teach and expand us. He believes in us and has equipped us with all that we need to be victorious. It's more of us uncovering the tools He's allotted and distributed within us and discovering how to use them in the best and most successful manner.
We cannot have room for expansion in our lives without our lives capacity being stretched. Not always easy, but always necessary and worth it.
Imagine your physical body stretching. We stretch our bodies to become more flexible and more able-bodied to perform better, knowing we will eventually master it with greater ease. A little bit of stretching feels good because it's within our comfort zone. It gets our endorphins flowing into various body parts that make us feel a sense of life and energy charging through us. In fact, it kind of motivates us for movement, similarly the way the thought of increase does to our brain.
But on the other hand, when we want to increase our capacity of stretching beyond where we've been able to go, it may feel uncomfortable and even hurt somewhat. The pain is stimulated because we're going beyond the limits of where we've pushed our bodies to go to prior to this. That's about the time we say reality has set in. When the natural realm becomes greater than our heavenly perspective, we claim that as reality but what is important for us to apprehend is, the natural is merely a temporary state. The discomfort we experience in stretching our physical body, our spiritual person, or our stepping out of the comfort zone in whatever way it might be, is only a temporary time of transition before we step into the greater reality of fulfilled promises from the Lord.
Think of it this way; stretching may hurt for awhile, but it actually creates more mobility and freedom of mobility in the long run. Within time, the benefits of stretching will outweigh the pain that the body endured in the beginning and will show the productiveness of it all. Time is the key word. In due time what once was a struggle will become a piece of cake. One day, before we know it, we'll realize all the stretching and pushing ourselves to go a little farther past our usual limit, all worked together to take us straight into our goal/destiny. The seasons of stretching and maybe even a little pain that's involved in it truly did carry purpose and good fruit.
Be prepared to have those tent pegs moved farther out, any day now. That's part of what this season holds for us. Let's do all we can to keep our eyes on the goal, knowing that any stretching we may feel is ultimately beneficial. The kingdom of God is limitless, therefore let's allow ourselves to stretch that we may walk in more of it than what we presently are.
If you pay attention to anything I post, then please PAY ATTENTION to what I'm saying to you now.
There indeed is an awakening taking place. It IS time. But please be aware to the reality that whatever the Lord does, the enemy imitates it with his perverted version of it.
And yes, I am going to shout this next portion to you;
PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE LISTENING TO AND FOLLOWING AFTER THE GENUINE AWAKENING WHICH IS INITIATED AND ANOINTED BY THE ONE & ONLY HOLY SPIRIT SENT TO US BY JESUS CHRIST (YESHUA); THE SON OF THE TRUE GOD - YAHWEH.
This is the time for us to walk in our true identity as sons and daughters and to manifest the Kingdom on earth. Dive into the word and much prayer so that you understand what the true kingdom looks like; what it is; what it is not; and who we are in Him, therefore what His presence/spirit looks like within us. Get to know Him better than you've ever known Him before. Relationship, relationship, relationship.
There is an imposter spirit readily at work trying to draw as many away as what is possible. Let's keep our eyes, ears and hearts on the Lord as to not be deceived. Remember, the thief/liar does not come in with the appearance as a thief but rather with the appearance as one who has the missing empowerment that God kept back from us. Deception comes in the form of that which is light and good for all mankind but it's true identity is the face of death.
John 10:10 "A thief has only one thing in mind—he wants to steal, slaughter, and destroy. But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect—life in its fullness until you overflow!"
ONLY through Jesus Christ is the eternal life and salvation for He is the Way, the Truth and the (abundant) Life!
There's so much within this time of what Holy Spirit is doing but one of the main opportunities He's drawing to those with 'ears to hear' (which speaks of the availability of the heart) is becoming humbled before Him with a sincere heart of repentance for ourselves (not finger pointing and nitpicking at other people's shortcomings). He's allowing us the quiet and personal time (it's our choice if we bring in petty distractions during this time such as media and so on) to acknowledge the oh-so-many idols we've been holding onto and in so doing, now turn away from them - truly recognizing them for what they are. We cannot manifest the true kingdom in it's fullness while compromising ourselves and being influenced with idols of this world. It's truly a small sacrifice to make in comparison to the reward at hand and the far-reaching impact it will have.
John 17:(14) "I have given them your message and that is why the unbelieving world hates them. For their allegiance is no longer to this world because I am not of this world. (15) I am not asking that you remove them from the world, but I ask that you guard their hearts from evil,(16 )For they no longer belong to this world any more than I do. (17 )“Your Word is truth! So make them holy by the truth. (18) I have commissioned them to represent me just as you commissioned me to represent you.(19) And now I dedicate myself to them as a holy sacrifice so that they will live as fully dedicated to God and be made holy by your truth."
On April 7th 2020, I received a message from a gentleman who felt prompted by the Holy Spirit to share a dream with me he had received from the Lord. Later that day, as per this gentleman’s expectations, the Lord gave me the interpretation for him.
To my surprise, the next morning I had a similar dream to what that gentleman had shared with me. Now, one might be persuaded to think that my subconscious was influenced by the knowledge of his dream but, I am frequently presented with dreams from other people and, I cannot recall of anytime I’ve ever had a dream inspired by someone else’s. Given that understanding and with how detailed the dream was of which I had myself, I in no way believe this was anything other than a dream given to me by the Holy Spirit. I also believe that the Lord coordinates the order and timing of events such as, that gentleman sharing his dream with me then, I being given a similar dream to bring an understanding that these dreams are not merely a personal revelation but rather on a larger scale, which is for the Body of Christ.
I won’t be sharing the dream that was messaged to me because his dream was tailored specifically for him, while yes, my dream is for me, it has a dual purpose of ministering to me personally as well as, for the purpose of ministering to the Body of Christ.
I was in a house which was my home but not the home that is presently my real-life home. It seemed that I was either doing some sort of spring cleaning or remodeling (I was doing something to the walls). While I was doing this work, I heard a conversation taking place from behind me. This perplexed me a bit because as far as I knew, there was not anyone else in the room with me. I turned around trying to assess the scenario and then realized the conversation I was hearing was coming from a backpack lying on the floor. Unknowingly, someone had dialed my phone number, and without my intervention, my phone picked up the call and broadcasted it over the speaker, allowing me to hear their supposedly private conversation. I knew the couple whose conversation I was listening to and was a bit surprised in hearing the negative discussion they were having amongst themselves about specific people whom we mutually knew. At that time, I woke up, got out of bed but decided it was way too early to be up for the day so I laid back down and upon once again falling asleep, the dream continued from the point it had been interrupted at. In the dream, I walked over to the front door and glanced out at the driveway looking at my car. It was a beautiful gold toned car and I felt a sense of gratitude as while looking at it, I paused to absorb the reality of it being my car. At the same time, feeling gratitude it also felt almost surreal.
I then began to walk through my house and noticed allot of people were in there with me. They were people from all different eras of my life. Some were people I had gone to school with, some were people I knew from past churches I attended, and some were people I am presently in contact with.
As I walked to what I had considered to be the back/bordering wall of my house, I noticed a door that I had never noticed prior to that moment. Quite curious as to what I would find behind this door, I walked over and opened it and then proceeded to walk on through it. I was amazed to discover it was an extension of my house that I never knew existed. It was huge! My mind began to race with so many questions; how could I have lived in this home for so long and never have known about this door? How could there be so much more to this house than what I was aware of? How did I not see it for so long, since in this moment it is as plain as day?
Once through the doorway, I discovered the true Master bedroom and was astonished in realizing this one room was about the size of the entirety of the other part of the house I had been living in up to this point. This newly discovered and real master bedroom did not merely consist of one room, rather it was many rooms connected to one another and was large enough for an entire house to fit comfortably into.
Amazed and delighted, I kept walking around trying to fathom this new reality I had stepped into. As I walked through the house, I chatted with all the people who were gathered in there with me, they were all filled with joy in seeing my pure delight. I expressed over and over to them how amazed and ecstatic I was with this new discovery, and what a joyous gift it was! No one was jealous or envious, rather, all shared my joy as if it were theirs as well.
End of dream.
For the most part, I believe this dream is self-explanatory, so I am not going to go into great depth with each segment, rather I will highlight portions of it.
First, I do believe we are in a season of spring cleaning if you will, or remodeling/updating not only our natural homes, (as, it is spring and we are all confined at home) but we’re also in a season of cleaning our spiritual houses. This can be relevant to internally on a personal level (heart, mind etc.) or it can be in reference to what we might consider to be our churches, or organized religion. More than likely, you cannot have one without the other, so it is safe to say, the cleaning or remodeling takes in all the above.
Spring cleaning, if you will, is the process of doing a thorough cleaning. Remodeling is the process by which you change or alter the form, structure, or style of something. Which leads us into the private conversation being broadcast over the speaker phone. I believe this is a revealing of those who have been portraying themselves as friends or trustworthy partnerships of a sort, and yet behind the scenes, or behind our backs (thus the conversation was heard from within a backpack – which is carried ‘behind our backs’), have been secretly betraying us in some form or another. The Holy Spirit will be exposing these false friendships and covenants as is needed. Not for the purpose of discrediting anyone, or even for the intent of sparking division, rather for the necessity of being wise to who is genuine in our lives and who is not.
Next in the dream, I took a walk over to the front door in order to view the car I owned. Oftentimes, vehicles in dreams are representative of ministry or our calling, which includes our workplaces. When I considered the car I saw, my first inclination was the golden color is symbolic of the glory of the Lord, but when I shared this dream with someone else, their response was in regard to wealth because they related the gold color to gold in the natural. I do believe we are in a time where both, natural resources of wealth are soon to be released to us for kingdom purposes, as well as, entering into a time where we will be ministering more than ever within the glory realm of the Lord (true presence).
Let’s talk about the door in the house that I had never noticed before. This part is the most exciting part of the dream for me. With all my heart, I believe this is speaking to us of stepping into realms of the Kingdom that we have never realized existed but have been right before us all along, waiting to be discovered. How much of the realm of heaven is within us but we have not yet seen or entered? The Lord is ministering to us the vastness of His kingdom that He wants us to know about and walk in and is readily available to us now. It has always been available to us, but we’ve not had eyes trained to recognize its existence. This is expansion – not the expansion of the Kingdom as if it were less than, up to now, but rather, the expansion of our receptiveness of being able to enter in and dwell in a much larger realm of mobility, function and rest within the Kingdom, than ever before.
I view the many people from various eras of my life all gathered in there with me, as being the Body of Christ as a whole. Although we often do not realize it, because sometimes acquaintances come and go throughout our lifetimes that often seem to have little significance, but in truth, there’s not one person who we’ve crossed paths with that has not had some type of significant role in our life’s purpose. Whether we recognize it or not, does not change the fact or the purpose that even one seemingly small encounter had, in our growth and opportunity process, which was directed by the Lord. Therefore, at this point in my (your) life, as symbolized within this dream where expansion is being acknowledged, every person that I (you) crossed paths with was a divine setup to play a portion whether big or small to take me (you) exactly where the Lord wanted me (you) to be in exactly the timing I (you) was to be there in.
And although I was within my own home and discovering all that was given to me, in the same measure, what we each are given is never exclusively for our own benefit but rather in some measure also for the benefit of those who are placed in our paths. Think; the gift of healing; the gift of prophecy; wealth; wisdom, and so on.
The people gathered in the house with me rejoiced alongside of me as if my discoveries of expansion were theirs as well. This is a beautiful example of the Body of Christ in unity.
Acts 4:32-35 “All the believers were one in mind and heart. Selfishness was not a part of their community, for they shared everything they had with one another. The apostles gave powerful testimonies about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great measures of grace rested upon them all. Some who owned houses or land sold them and brought the proceeds before the apostles to distribute to those without. Not a single person among them was needy.”
I’m expectant and excited to walk through that doorway into the realm of the Kingdom I’ve personally not yet discovered!
About me in a nutshell;
