First of all, I'd like to take a moment and introduce myself to you. My name is Taffie Beisecker, and I am married to Steve, who is the love of my life & the most amazing husband a gal could ask for! Together, we have five grown children of whom we love with all our hearts and are very proud of.
I have a prophetic gift, a God-given passion for writing and a calling on my life to encourage, edify, equip and educate the Body of Christ, as well as people from all walks of life, from the knowledge, understanding and experiences that I have had the opportunity from the Lord, to receive and walk out, in my own life.
My heart burns within me to;
**encourage the Body of Christ to be a people of love, genuinely as Christ loves us. "Let me give you a new command; Love one another. In the same way I loved you, you love one another. This is how everyone will recognize that you are my disciples -- when they see the love you have for each other." John 13:34-35
**encourage and educate the Body of Christ towards walking in true unity with one another. "I'm praying not only for them (the disciples), but also for those who will believe in me because of them and their witness about me. The goal is for all of them to become one heart and mind -- just as You, Father, are in me and I in you, So they might be one heart and mind with us. Then the world might believe that you, in fact, sent me. The same glory you gave me, I gave them, so they'll be as unified and together as we are. I in them and you in me. Then they'll be mature in this oneness, and give the godless world evidence that you've sent me and loved them in the same way you've loved me." John 17: 20-23
**encourage every Believer in Christ to know and have a personal and intimate friendship with the Lord. Not only knowing Him as God, Father, but also knowing Him as our friend. "I've told you these things for a purpose; that my joy might be your joy, and your joy wholly mature. This is my command; Love one another the way I loved you. This is the very best way to love. Put your life on the line for your friends, you are my friends when you do the things I command you. I'm no longer calling you servants because servants don't understand what their master is thinking and planning, No, I've named you friends because I've let you in on everything I've heard from the Father." John 15:11-15
**encourage you that ALL who belong to Jesus Christ can hear the voice of the Lord each for themselves. Yes, EVERYONE! He's speaking, it's merely understanding how to hear Him. "The sheep that are My own hear and are listening to My voice; and I know them, and they follow Me." John 10:27
**encourage every spirit-filled Believer to receive the total gift of salvation and to walk in the power and authority given to us by the Holy Spirit. "Jesus now called the twelve and gave them authority and power to deal with all the demons and cure diseases. He commissioned them to preach the good news of God's kingdom and heal the sick and brokenhearted." Luke 9:1-2
**encourage the Body of Christ to receive in it's entirety the gift of grace which has set us free from ALL bondage, (even from the law of the old testament), and to not only receive it for ourselves but also recognize the same grace for those around us, as well. "Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." 2Corinthians 3:17
With that being said, this site is for the purpose of sharing; sharing whatever it may be that I believe someone else might possibly be encouraged and inspired by. The topics may range from scripture, prophetic words and teachings, healthy living, a fun vacation spot or simply a humorous joke. Therefore, that is the very reason, the Holy Spirit inspired us to name this ministry/blog/endeavor, 'The Threefold Cord', because it encompasses the entire being (we consist of mind, body and spirit), my marriage is a union of my husband, myself and the Lord, and we have a daily walk living in the presence of the Trinity; of the - Father, Son & Holy Spirit.
It is true, we are spiritual beings.......,with a soul and a body. A physical body that houses both, soul & spirit. God has been urging me to transition from the mindset of merely only ministering to the spirit man of who we are, and more to ministering to the entire person of who He created us to be. We are housed in a physical body that also needs to be addressed in our day to day lives. To neglect our physical being is to stop short of who we are. The bible says, "Man shall not live by bread alone...", (Matthew 4:4a).....but neither are we designed to live without it at all. The bible also states, "If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, 'Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,' but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit?" (James 2:15&16) God designed us to be fed spiritually, physically, and intellectually. We are triune beings, made in His image. The Godhead is triune...Father, Son and Holy Spirit. A marriage is a covenant that is also suppose to be established with the same foundational setting....husband, wife and Holy Spirit. Incredible to ponder, eh???
Soooo, what you might find on this site may be some of the various topics of what interests me and some of which will hopefully flare up some interest in you as well. What might those be? Well...., I LOVE to share the revelations that God gives to me. And I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE talking about God & His Word, period!!!! But then again, I also love to share about experiences, joys, solutions, struggles, beautiful places, deep thoughts, relationship topics and almost anything that pertains to everyday life in the natural or supernatural,....and that's just to name a few things off the top of my head!!
It's my hope & prayer that as I minister/share whatever it is that I feel inspired to release on here:
On the subjects with meaningful depth, you will find inspiring, as well as revelatory and hopefully, speaking in a personalized way to your heart; and the merely fun-filled blogs, well, I hope they will just simply add a little more joy and a smile or two to your day.
May you be blessed and filled with abundant life!
